One question I get a lot is “When did you lose your sight?” While I don't mind answering questions from people, this one gets me on a rabbit trail. I start thinking about how I have been blind nearly 16 years. Then I realize I have been blind almost as long as I was sighted. It makes me somewhat frustrated, sad and depressed. But, the key is, we all feel this way from time to time. And, no matter what triggers us, we can go down our individuals rabbit trails.
